LAMPUNG – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) and the State Attorney Bandar Lampung Signed a Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding/ Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) About the Handling of Legal Issues the Field of Civil and administrative Law of the Country.

Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Director of SMBR Jobi Triananda Hasjim and the Head of State Attorney Bandar Lampung Abdullah Noer Deny that was held on Thursday (24/10) in the State Attorney’s Office in Bandar Lampung.

The purpose of this MoU is to optimize the implementation of tasks and functions of the parties to the settlement of the problem of Civil and administrative Law of the Country, and aims to improve the effectiveness of the handling of legal issues in the Field of Civil and state administration faced Semen Baturaja.

The signing is very important to keep the company as an asset of the state and National Vital Object expected investment plans and operation can run smoothly.{}

PALEMBANG – On Thursday (24/10) PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) perform a Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) with HIPMI (Himpunan pengusaha Muda Indonesia) South Sumatra in the Event of the Inauguration of BPD (the governing Body of the Region) HIMPI south Sumatra located in Griya Agung, Kota Palembang.

The signing of this MoU is made by the Chairman of the BPD HIPMI Sumsel Hermansyah Mastari and Marketing Director SMBR Mukhamad Saifuddin witnessed by the Governor of South Sumatra.

This meeting was led by Mr. M Jamil Director of Finance & Risk Management SMBR as serving as Commissioner of the BMU and Mr. Basthony Students as the Director of the BMU and was also attended by the Shareholders of PT BMU represented by Mr. Amrullah Director of General affairs & HUMAN resources SMBR and Mr. Jobi Triananda Hasjim Director of SMBR present through the Virtual.

In the GMS BMU explained a number of agendas, between performance and strategic plans that will be executed in the fiscal year 2021 and strategy achievement. As a subsidiary of SMBR, BMU expressed his commitment to continue to improve the performance of the company in a positive direction.

BATURAJA  – Kodim 0403 OKU in collaboration with PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk held a “Vaccine Raid” held at Wisma Ganesha Baturaja Factory on Wednesday (04/07).

The target of this vaccination is the community in Kodim territory 0403 which includes 3 districts in OKU Raya. Semen Baturaja itself also gets a section for vaccination to employees. As many as 600 vaccines have been distributed with the help of the OKU Health Service in the implementation of vaccinations.
