Pupuk Sriwidjaya Palembang (PUSRI) Management Visit to the Baturaja Cement Factory (SMBR)

Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang Management (Pusri) consisting of Technical & Development Director, Listyawan Adi Pratisto, along with GM Maintenance, Ibnu Widagdo and Procurement Manager, Eko Sugiharto, visited the Baturaja Cement Factory (SMBR), Monday, 5 August 2019.

The Pusri management were received at the Baturaja Factory by the Director of Production and Development of SMBR, Daconi accompanied by VP Operation I, Kartha Kurniadi and VP Operation II, Adi Oktaviandi along with the staf.

The team from Pusri visited the SMBR’s Quarry area to see firsthand the whiteclay mining process. In addition, the team also visited the Central Control Room (CCR) of Baturaja I Factory.

The visit was carried out in order to follow up on the cooperation of the use of clay that had been agreed by Pusri and SMBR on 8 May 2019.

Previously, SMBR and Pusri had agreed to use the whiteclay produced by SMBR. Whiteclay is one of the raw materials for fertilizer production in Pusri.

Semen Baturaja Awarded 7 Outstanding Award in BUMN / BUMD Category in South Sumatra

PALEMBANG – Semen Baturaja (SMBR) has just awarded Seven Outstanding Awards in the category of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) / Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in South Sumatra, on Tuesday, July 3, 2019 at the Ballroom Hotel Excelton Palembang.

The award was presented directly by the Governor of South Sumatra (Sumsel), H. Herman Deru, to SMBR Management represented by the Senior Manager of Public, Government & Media Relations, Zulman Jamal and witnessed by the Head of the Tribun Sumsel Newsroom, Wenny Ramdiastuti.

Together with seven BUMN and BUMD in South Sumatra Province, the award was given to SMBR for its contribution so far in supporting government programs to advance South Sumatra.

As one of the BUMNs operating in South Sumatra, SMBR has always tried tirelessly to move domestic strategic sectors through better infrastructure development for Indonesia. {}

Semen Baturaja Fully Supports 2019 Construction Service Week Event

PALEMBANG – Event Construction Service Week (CSW) 2019 was held at the Santika Hotel Palembang from Tuesday, July 2 to Wednesday, July 3, 2019 and carried the theme “Synergy to Build Construction Services’.

Semen Baturaja synergizes with the Directorate General of Construction of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) to fully support the event to accelerate the certification of skilled and skilled workers in the field of construction services so as to increase the competitiveness of construction workers in South Sumatra.

2019 Construction Service Week was opened by the General Director of Construction, Ministry of Public Works, Syarif Burhanuddin.

While SMBR Management was represented by Vice President of Marketing, M. Yunus gave a speech and support for this event. Support is provided so that construction workers can officially become experts with certification.

SMBR as one of the construction services business entities in South Sumatra encourages the development of the construction business sector by producing quality infrastructure products and a more effective and efficient construction process.

BATURAJA MULTI USAHA HOLD AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

PALEMBANG – A subsidiary of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR), PT Baturaja Multi Usaha (BMU), recently held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for 2018 Book Year on Thursday, June 27, 2019.

The BMU Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 is led by Mr. Dede Parasade as BMU’s Chief Commissioner and Marketing Director of SMBR. Accompanied by Mr. Daconi as Commissioner of BMU and Director of Production & Development of SMBR, Ardiansyah Fajeri as Director of BMU and Oka Wiryadi as Director of Operations at BMU.

Since its inception in 2016, BMU, which is engaged in managing distribution, sales, logistics and other business services has made a major contribution in supporting the core business of Semen Baturaja as a quality cement producer, and prioritizing customer satisfaction and excellent service.

Semen Baturaja Inaugurates PT Kapuas Musi Madelyn’s Warehouse

PALEMBANG – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) participated in the inauguration of a distributor warehouse owned by PT Kapuas Musi Madelyn (KMM) on Thursday, June 27, 2019.

The inauguration of the warehouse was attended by PT KMM Chairman Jie Alie Alianto together with SMBR Management, represented by Marketing Director, Dede Parasade and accompanied by Marketing Vice President M. Yunus and Vice President Sales, Eko David Irawan as well as several representatives from Jamkrindo and Askrindo and distributors who also attended to congratulate and enliven the ceremony.

As one of the distributors of SMBR, this is the third warehouse inaugurated by PT Kapuas Musi Madelyn on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta. SMBR continues to support the development of product distribution and marketing channels through cooperation in providing distributor warehouses.

Developing UMKM, Semen Baturaja Will Cooperate with Directorate General of Tax (DGT) of the Ministry of Finance

JAKARTA – Semen Baturaja (SMBR) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Directorate General of Tax (DGT) of the Ministry of Finance regarding the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the Business Development Services Program at DGT Headquarters, South Jakarta, Tuesday, 30 April 2019.

MSMEs who are members of the Rumah Kreatif Baturaja (RKB) assisted by SMBR will receive guidance and training from DGT’s Business Development Services in order to improve product quality and management to develop their business.
The event was attended by the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani, Director General of Tax of the Ministry of Finance, Robert Pakpahan, as well as heads of agencies, associations and 21 BUMNs.

The President Director of SMBR, Jobi Triananda Hasjim signed a partnership representing SMBR. Later, the DGT will provide taxation services as well as training and guidance related to taxation, bookkeeping, recording or other material in accordance with the needs of MSME development in the RKB program.

SMBR through Rumah Kreatif Baturaja, is now ready to help and encourage RKB and UMKM assisted partners to be developed to further develop the economy in Indonesia.
