The organizational structure of Semen Baturaja has currently been reviewed and its preparation has been aligned with the vision and mission of the Company which will be achieved by looking at the business processes, talents, and capabilities possessed by employees in order to achieve optimal Company performance.

At present, the existing composition is in accordance with the Company’s needs and it is hoped that it will spur synergistic cooperation between all employees and management.
