Implementation of Audit Committee’s Task

Throughout 2015, the Audit Committee has implemented duties and various activities, covering:

1. Evaluating the Financial Statements and Quarterly Management Statements.
2. Discussing Work Plan and Budget Draft of the Company.
3. Conducting site visit and technical meeting with the Company.
4. Discussing Audited Financial Statements and related working guidelines with Independent Auditor.
