Holding EGMS, Semen Baturaja Appoints New Board of Commissioners and Directors

JAKARTA – PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) as a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) at the Sari Pacific Hotel, Jakarta, on Wednesday (8/11) with an agenda for Changes in Composition. Company Management.

Shareholders approved the resignation of Franciscus M.A. Sibarani as President Commissioner. The EGMS also honorably dismissed Daconi Khotob as President Director.

Furthermore, in the meeting decision, shareholders appointed Alex Iskandar Munaf as President Commissioner and Inosentius Samsul as Commissioner. At the EGMS, Suherman Yahya, who was previously Director (Operations Function), was appointed Main Director and Muhammad Syafitri was appointed Director (Operations Function).

In his speech, Daconi Khotob expressed his gratitude to every SMBR person who has worked together for the last 7 years. “I hope the best for SMBR in the future with the new management, hopefully SMBR will progress, become more prosperous and more successful, I also hope that employee welfare will increase,” he said.
